What this blog is about...

This blog is about the importance of growing as a leader during college life. Leadership holds one accountable for his actions; being placed in leadership positions, one has to serve as a role model and be accepting of criticism. However, leadership can be expressed in the simplest actions. One can show leadership by offering words of encouragement to a friend. I am in favor of holding positions within clubs and organizations; however, one should not engulf in the leadership positions they hold; it only hurts the greater good of the followers. Leadership involves following a set of standards for oneself and the people one leads; it can be found by helping people and never get noticed; however, a greater good comes out of this, either for the community, the school, or even bettering oneself.
