Leaders Help Leaders

Everyone has there good and bad moments. As a leader, one may feel like their every move is being analyzed and criticized. Leaders have to have a particular confidence and sometimes that confidence is what people respect rather than certain actions or words. When leaders work together, they may not agree on certain issues but leadership skills can be taught between leaders to help one develop into a well rounded leader. Just as an athlete. An athlete has to work out, attend practice, and remain sportsmanlike when contributing to the team. For a leader to grow, other leaders should be inspiring. Leaders can also learn from bad leadership. However, one of my great friends, a leader herself on campus and in my fraternity, has taught me that sometimes your best will be 15% one day and 100% another day, as long as you try your best you should not get down on yourself. Part of being a leader is realizing that you always need the help and support of other leaders around you.
